Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Any item purchased online is eligible for exchange either online or at any Shahnameh  store within 15 days of delivery, provided you have valid proof of purchase.
Note: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

Acceptable forms of proof include:
• A physical or digital purchase receipt
• The order confirmation email

Conditions for Exchange

Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for exchange:
• Unused and in original condition
• All original tags must be intact
• Original packaging must be included
• Original invoice must be presented

If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size, please share evidence (photos or video) with our team.

Our team will collect the necessary information and, if all conditions are met, arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Timeline:
Online exchanges are usually processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
In-store exchanges require the original invoice and intact tags.

• Items must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order invoice or confirmation email) is required
• Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items
